— ABOUT
I'm a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, and I work with people who have been told their labs look normal while they continue to feel anything but. My work is built on the Clinical Mapping Method, a framework I created to organize lab data, identify what is actually driving symptoms, and sequence support in an order the body can respond to.
Most people come to me having already tried a great deal. Supplements, elimination diets, protocols found online, years of appointments. What is usually missing is not effort. It is a clear picture of what is happening underneath and a plan that moves in the right order.
Lab Trainings
Client Cases
Practitioners Mentored
I didn't set out to build a method. I set out to make sense of complicated cases.
Early on, I worked with people whose symptoms crossed every system at once. Fatigue that no amount of sleep touched. Digestion that reacted to everything. Hormones, mood, weight, and energy all moving in ways that seemed unrelated until you looked closely enough. Their labs were rarely dramatic. Their experience always was.
So I started mapping. I organized labs in a consistent order, tracked which findings kept showing up together, and paid attention to what happened when support was given in one sequence versus another. Over hundreds of cases, patterns became clear, and the guesswork got smaller. Those internal systems became the Clinical Mapping Method.
I now teach that method to other practitioners as well, which means the framework behind your program is the same one used in trainings across the industry. But the cases came first, and they still shape everything.
In every version of my work, the sequence starts the same way. Foundations come first, because drainage, digestion, minerals, sleep, movement, and blood sugar determine how well you tolerate everything that follows.
No protocol works on top of a missing foundation. Not mine, not anyone's.
The most common thing I see is someone arriving with a stack of lab results and a cupboard full of supplements, convinced the answer is one more test. And underneath all of it, they're eating one meal a day, sleeping badly, drinking water with no minerals in it, never seeing daylight before mid-morning, and running on stress from the moment they wake up.
The Core 8 is what I have every client do first, before labs and before supplements. Not as a warm-up, but because a meaningful number of people never need the rest of it once the foundations are in place.
That is an inconvenient thing for someone in my line of work to say out loud. It is still true. And it is the reason the whole method is published free.
I don't believe progress comes from finding the one missing supplement or the one perfect diet. It comes from understanding what is driving your symptoms and addressing those things in a deliberate order.
That means looking for root drivers rather than chasing symptoms one at a time, sequencing support so each phase builds on the one before it, and being honest about what you actually need rather than adding to a growing shelf of bottles. You will always know where you are in the process and why we are doing what we are doing.
It is also why this program is scored. Most people finish something with no real idea whether it worked, because nobody wrote down where they started. Here you take a baseline before Day 1, score yourself daily, check your body weekly, and at Day 56 you put the numbers side by side.
I work alongside your medical care, not in place of it. I'm not a licensed medical provider, so I don't diagnose or treat disease. What I do is help you understand your own body, build a structured plan of nutrition and lifestyle support, and recognize when something warrants a conversation with your doctor.
I have watched too many people spend years feeling unwell while being told there was nothing wrong. Not because they weren't trying, and not because their symptoms weren't real, but because no one had put the whole picture together and given them a plan they could follow.
Clarity reduces overwhelm. Structure reduces the endless trial and error. A defined path reduces the exhaustion of feeling like your health is one more thing you're failing at.
My goal is not to hand you a longer supplement list or a stricter set of rules. It is to help you understand your body, make decisions with real information, and build habits that hold up long after our work together ends.
— Outside of Coaching
Outside of client work, I value simplicity and balance. I enjoy paint nights, bowling, the beach, camping, and time with my family. Those moments matter, and they're a reminder of the point of all this. Feeling well isn't the goal in itself. It's what having your health back allows you to do.
